What’s Up With The Golf Tourney This Year?!

This Golf Outing has been started to honor our best friend Michael Lundholm who tragically passed away on November 23, 2006. The Golf Outing has been put together mostly by Michael’s dad, John Lundholm, in efforts to give a scholarship to a Reeths Puffer High School student that is going to Michigan State University.

This years golf outing is slated for May 17th (sunday) at Lincoln Golf Club on Whitehall Road. It will be a 1pm shot gun start just like the previous two years. Because we know Lenny hated to be up early. Start thinking of the 4 person team you would like to golf with. We have a team that has won 2 years straight now. Time to kick them off the podium.

What’s That? You Don’t Golf?! Here’s How You Can Still Help Out!

There are many things you can do if you don’t golf. We need lots of volunteers to make this golf outing run smoothly. You will have a job to do almost all day long and will be able to socialize with all of the golfers all day long. Jobs include, taking money for hole challenges, coordinating door prizes, beer cart, and many others.

Sooooo, you don’t wanna volunteer but still wanna contribute?! Well, we’ll take your money that’s for sure. Email me if you just want to donate money and I will give you the details.

Also, for anyone who wants to sponsor a hole can! You will have a sign on either the tee box or the green that will have your name on it. The signs are very fancy. If you are interested in sponsoring a hole for a great cause email me. The donations are tax deductible. You’ll receive paperwork for the tax deduction from the Muskegon Community foundation a few weeks after you donate.

So How Much $$ Is It This Year?!

We are dropping the price of golf this year due to the economic hardship our country is in. It will cost $50 per person this year or $200 for your 4 person team.

If you are a returning hole sponsor it will cost $125 this year or for a first time hole sponsor it will cost $150.
